Free First Thursday Walking Tours, 11:30am-1pm: Offered on the first Thursday of each month, starting January 3, 2019. These educational tours are tailored for an adult audience, and will cover history, programs, and plant collections at the Washington Park Arboretum, highlighting plants and gardens of seasonal interest. Family Wild Walks—2nd and 4th Saturdays Feb-June (no program Memorial Day Weekend), 1:30pm: Bring the whole family for an hour and half, seasonally-themed nature walk. During this free event, we will stop along the way for games, hands-on activities and learning geared toward children (2-12 years old) and their caregivers. Participants gather in front of the Graham Visitors Center starting at 1:15 to start our adventure at 1:30pm. Family Wild Walks are provided to families on a first come, first served basis; the first 30 people to check in with the instructor between 1:15-1:30pm the day of the walk will join us!
