Educational Tours at the Washington Park Arboretum are led by trained guides and focus on seasonal topics of interest and special plant collections. Our educational tours are tailored for an adult audience but minors are welcome. Dogs on a 6 foot leash are also welcome.

Note on Free First Thursday Walking Tours: Please note our free first Thursday tours are for individual participants not organized groups; for groups larger than 6, we ask that you schedule a private walking tour or attend a weekend Arboretum Walking Tour. If you wish to have a group tour, please explore your options here. To ensure a positive tour experience and the safety of our visitors, our tours are now capped at 50 attendees. During peak periods (February-June), attendees must register in advance to claim their spot on the tour. To register, please go to the Calendar page for each tour.
