Recipe: Simple Creations

These past few weeks have been a wonderful reminder of how incredible the UW Farm CSA truly is! Each week we have all been lucky to enjoy such a bounty of produce, and our plates have been so intensely colorful. Here are a few simple creations.
A salad of radicchio, plums, shiso, and a vinaigrette made with plum jam! Plums and Shiso are a classic Japanese combo, and they play nicely with the bitter radicchio and the sweetness of the dressing.
Charred beans tossed in a kale and basil pesto…yum!
Look at those colors! Heirloom tomatoes, olive oil, fennel pollen, salt, and a little feta cheese…
