Bundle up and join us for a Winter Luminary Walk, December 19–21! Stroll through a glowing path of luminaries that light up the winter night — the perfect way to celebrate the season.
This event is 21+ only. Each ticket includes two drinks to keep you cozy, plus live music by Bryan Rust to set the perfect winter vibe. Featuring gin cocktails by Lodgepole Distilling.
DETAILS:
- December 19, 20 & 21, nightly 5:30-7:30PM
- The walk takes about 30 minutes, feel free to come and go at anytime during the 2-hour window. Check-in starts at 5:30PM.
- $20 per ticket (21+ only) – includes two drinks, featuring Lodgepole Distilling Arboretum Gin, made with Arboretum botanicals!

FAQs:
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? We recommend purchasing tickets in advance online, as we may not be able to accept walk ups if the event is at capacity.
What about inclement weather? The walk will occur rain or shine. We ask that you check the weather forecast and dress accordingly if inclement weather is predicted. In cases of high winds, snow or impassable roadways, you will be notified in advance and the event will be rescheduled.
Is it lit? This is self-guided pathways will have luminaries, but feel free to bring your own flashlight or lantern for additional visibility!
Are tickets refundable? All ticket sales are final.
Is this suitable for children? This is a 21+ only event.
Can I bring my dog? For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home for this event. Thank you for your understanding.
Is the path wheelchair and stroller accessible? Unfortunately, no. While the main road and loop trail around the Arboretum are wheelchair friendly, the trails make it difficult.
Where do I check in? Check in at the information desk in the Graham Visitors Center. Street address is 2300 Arboretum Drive East, Seattle, WA 98122.
Is there public parking available nearby? There are multiple parking lots for free near the Visitors Center. On a busy day these can fill early! We also recommend taking public transportation and/or using resources such as Uber, Lyft or bike share programs. We are about a 20 minute walk for the UW Light Rail Station. Specific parking and public transportation directions will be included in the meeting location details after purchasing tickets.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, we can check the manifest online.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Sure!
